2. I would like this information to cover the last five years (from January 1, 2016, up to and including December 31, 2021).
3. For each occasion that someone has tried to access a banned website, I would like to know the name of the website and the year in which they tried to access it?
4. Additionally, could you provide a full list of all of the websites that are banned on the council's Wi-Fi network?
