Independent Care Provider - Libertas - Find a freedom of information request

I would like to be made aware of what exactly is the inter-relationship between Libertas and Lincolnshire County Council.

i.e. is Libertas owned by Lincolnshire County Council (LCC)? Is Libertas a dept of LCC? If Libertas offer care services, is the money due for the payment of the services an asset of Libertas as a standalone organisation or is it LCC's payment ?

Libertas is an independent care provider. It is a limited company providing a variety of care services, some of which are provided under contract to and on behalf of Lincolnshire County Council (the Council), but also direct to people who pay for their own care. Payments for services provided by Libertas, whether under contract to the Council or on behalf of people who pay for their own care, are an asset of Libertas.
