Highway Abutting LNER Stadium, Lincoln - Find a freedom of information request

I would be grateful if you would advise, as Highway Authority, as to the extent of the highway abutting the LNER Stadium on Sincil Bank, Lincoln. I attach a plan of the area in question. The stadium is marked edged in red. The watercourse is marked in green.

1. I request that you provide a plan of the extent of the highway maintainable at public expense between the two.

Lincolnshire County Council normally charge for the provision of an extent search. The charge will vary depending on the plan submitted and the questions asked but the extent plans start at £42.31 for an A4 plan.
