School Absences - Find a freedom of information request

I am writing for an official request of information regards school absence.

1. I would like the full policy for primary school absence.

2. How long is the period of time, a school would calculate the attendance? E.g a term?

3. How long in weeks, would the percentage be calculated?

For example, if you calculated attendance over 2 weeks, that would be inappropriate.

4. I would like the policy that clearly states the rules for how non attendances are classified.

For example- child off to be covid tested. Child asked by head teacher to not attend school, due to injury and not having a wheelchair.
