Can you tell me how you decide if a 7.5 t. weight limit is progressed from start to finish please and what supporting documentation you use.

The introduction of a weight restriction will need to be justified via traffic surveys and there will need to be a viable alternative route for restricted vehicles. A traffic regulation order will be required to legally impose a restriction and statutory consultation and public advertisement of the proposal is required to bring this into effect.
