1. Can you please provide the contract start and renewal date for the Fire & rescue services current corporate telephony system(s) within the contract(s)? 

a) If a separate telephony system is used to receive non-emergency and/or 999 calls within the Fire & rescue services control rooms, can you also please provide contract start and renewal dates for this system also?

b) Can you please indicate what options there are for extending the existing contracts beyond the renewal dates?

c) Can you please provide annual support prices paid for each telephony system contract? 

d) Can you please provide the suppliers name(s) of each telephony system contract?

Decision

1. The landlines are part of the Serco contract which came into force 1st April 2015 and will expire on 31st March 2024. Avaya system maintenance- This was originally part of the Serco service but was transferred to LCC from 1st April 2020 under the latest contract extension agreement as per LCC Commercials team. It is a rolling annual support and maintenance contract with Vodafone.

a) 999 calls through ECHCRC ICCS;

b) None, the Serco contract has been extended up to its limit. Avaya system maintenance - This was originally part of the Serco service but was transferred to LCC from 1st April 2020 under the latest contract extension agreement as per LCC Commercials team. It is a rolling annual support and maintenance contract with Vodafone.

c) This is provided as part of the Serco service and is not separately identifiable. Avaya system maintenance- This is a corporate contract and the cost of the LFR proportion is not identified.

d) SERCO - Vodafone

e) None, the Serco contract has been extended up to its limit. Annual renewal
