1. What percentage of your Children and Young People's Services Budget is allocated to the provision of your Early Help Service?

2. With regards to the budget allocated to delivering the Early Help Service please detail the different budgets and funding streams that contribute to the overall budget.

3. The management and staff structure chart of your Early Help Service.

4. Details of the Governance process related to your Early Help Service
