I would like to know if anyone is contracted to clean and maintain the appearance of road signs in the county.

Road signs are cleaned via Lincolnshire County Council’s standard repair crews as issues are identified. There is obviously a focus on those with an implication for safety of the public but given the budgetary pressure on the highways service, other issues may be given priority.
