Belchmire lane Gosberton - Find a freedom of information request

I wish to make a freedom of information request please.

I wish to request a plan of the pipes in the road outside 54 Belchmire lane Gosberton pe11 4hg, and up Belchmire lane.
Please could the plan show all pipes and sewage, gas pipes and water pipes plus the big main waterpipe.

I have spoken to a groundwater specialist who has confirmed that gases, contaminates can travel up the old water pipes. I am testing the soil to see why our plants are dying along near where are water pipe runs from the road to the house.

Lincolnshire County Council are unable to provide you all the information you have requested since Highways are not responsible for those assets you have named, may I draw you attention to this link - Welcome to digdat which can provide you access to some of these assets that you need to identify.
