1. The Local Authority uses the attached local Pay Spine which has anchor points to the National Pay Spine.

3. The Council does not have an agreement to pay the Living Wage Foundation living wage. However, they do pay the government's minimum wage.

- Cleaner: Grade 1, points 1-3
- Teaching assistant: Teaching Assistant Level 1, Grade 3 – points 6-9.
- Teaching Assistant Level 2, Grade 5 – points 12-15.
- Higher level teaching assistant: Grade 8, points 21-24.
- Domiciliary care assistant: The Council does not employ Domiciliary Care Assistants but it does employ Residential Care Officers.
- Residential Care Officer Level 1, Grade 4 – points 9-12.
- Residential Care Officer Level 1, Grade 7 – points 18-21
- Residential Care Officer Level 1, Grade 9 – points 24-27
- Refuse operative: The Council does not employ Refuse Operatives.
- Environmental health officer: The Council does not employ Environmental Health Officers.
- Trading standards officer:
- Level 1, Grade 5 – points 12-15.
- Level 2, Grade 6 – points 15-18.
- Level 3, Grade 7 – points 18-21.
- Level 4, Grade 8 – points 21-24.
