MIPIM in Cannes - Find a freedom of information request

Request

Five Lincolnshire Council delegates attended MIPIM in Cannes this year. Registration fees alone cost £1,675. Then there are flights, accommodation fees and other expenses.
Meanwhile, council tax bills in your authority are set to go up by 5 per cent.
MPs and campaigners have accused the council of wasting taxpayer money on a foreign jaunt while UK families are facing fuel poverty and the cost of living crisis.

Please can you tell me:
1. The total amount your local authority spent on MIPIM this year.
2. Please can this be broken down into categories, such as flights, accommodation, provision of alcohol, MIPIM entry fees.
3. Which hotels your local authority delegates stayed in and for how many nights?

4. Do you think this is a justified use of taxpayer money?
