UTC/UTMC system - Find a freedom of information request

Please may you confirm:

i) Whether you operate and pay for a UTC/UTMC system within your authority and, if not, which authority has responsibility for this in your area

If you do, please may you provide:

ii) Vendors and contract start/end dates for your current UTC system and UTMC system

iii) Other tools used in day-to-day network management (e.g. One Network, Twitter and CCTV monitoring systems)

I can confirm that the information requested is held by Lincolnshire County Council. I have detailed below the information that is being released to you.

i). Yes

ii). The UTC system is supplied by Yunex and the service contract for its use is renewed on a yearly basis, together with Stratos which is our UTMC system.

Our CCTV system is supplied by Colas via Avigilon and is just about to be brought online. The CCTV system is licensed on a camera-by-camera basis, and so no contract as such is in place for the system's use.

iii). We also use a system called Metron which allows us to monitor remote sites not connected to UTC via a 3G/4G connection. This is sourced via a company called Power electrics. Please quote the reference number 3853926 in any future co
