Main Road Strubby Hazard - Find a freedom of information request

1. I require confirmation from you in accordance with my rights under the Freedom of Information Act, that show that no other reports or notifications had been received registering this hazard. (Main Road Strubby)

2. I also need confirmation from the inspector as to whether it is accepted that the photos submitted were of the pothole that was subsequently repaired.
