1. On 29 March, 2020, how many children and young people were recorded as being electively home educated (EHE) in your local authority area?

2. On 29 March, 2021, how many children and young people were recorded as EHE in your local authority area?

3. How many parents or carers of the children and young people recorded as EHE on 29 March, 2021 has the council requested to meet (virtually or physically) in relation to the home education of the child or young person in question (if meetings with the same parent(s)/carer(s) have been requested on separate occasions for different children under their care, or a meeting has been requested to discuss the EHE of multiple children simultaneously, please count these separately i.e. count each child for which a meeting has been requested)?

a. Of the meetings requested, how many have been accepted by parents/carers?

b. Of those requested, how many have been refused by parents/carers?

c. Of those accepted, how many meetings have been carried out?

4. Of the number of children and young people recorded as EHE on 29 March, 2021:

a. How many were recorded as having an education, health and care plan (EHCP)?
