Inspection for the Area Around Chauntry Road - Find a freedom of information request

I hereby request evidence of a suitable system of inspection for the area around Chauntry Road, Alford Lincolnshire LN13 including the roads/paths leading up to/around the road.

You could meet my request by sending me any maintenance and inspection reports (or alike) which have been carried out from the last year or two and to date and details of complaints made in respect of the area of Chauntry Road, Alford, Lincolnshire LN13.
