Regarding the section of footway along the B1173 leading into Spalding that has been closed by Lincolnshire County Council. It is close to Burr Lane, Spalding.
Please provide a copy of the Temporary closure order required under the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984 (section 14). - Decision

There is no requirement for Lincolnshire County Council to raise a temporary closure order to cover the closure of a footway.
