At the heart of our values and behaviours is the statement:
“We are proud to work here for the benefit of our customers and communities”
As a maintained school you are eligible for levy-funding to support new or current employees who are eligible for an apprenticeship programme.
Apprenticeships are available to individuals of all ages and abilities.
As apprenticeships are work-based learning programmes, the employee’s current role must align with the training and development offered. We can support you in mapping this appropriately.
There are a wide range of apprenticeship routes available. The most popular choices among schools in the 2024/25 academic year included:
- senior leader, level 7
- teacher, level 6
- career development professional, level 6
