I write to request:
1) the number of reports of sexual abuse against disabled adults received by this authority between the financial years 2017-2022
I would like the information to be broken down into the following:
a) The number of reports of sexual abuse against disabled adults, broken down into months, years, and a grand total;
b) In each case, whether the victim had a learning disability or physical disability, or both;
c) Whether each report resulted in an investigation, and the outcome of said investigation; - Decision

The first set of tables are for period where concerns received, broken down by total of all cases, physical disability, learning disability and then the final column is for all those concerns that went to Section 42.2 Enquiry.
Each individual table is broken down into the financial years of 2018/19, 2019/20, 2020/21 and 2021/22.
The financial year of 2017/18 is not in the data because this was a transitional period where we were changing computer systems and we are not able to break the information down into the requested criteria.
The second set of tables focus just on those S42.2 enquiries that have been completed, broken down by the outcomes of these enquiries.
Each table is broken down into the financial years of 2018/19, 2019/20, 2020/21 and 2021/22.
Again the financial year of 2017/18 is not in the data because of the stated reasons as above.
