1) Does your organisation have a core team to deliver Emergency Planning? If so, please provide the structure, total FTE and total budget of the team. Please also advise what proportion of the team's budget comes from income generation activity and what is core funding or cash limit from the organisation. If not, how do you structure yourselves to meet the expectations and statutory requirements of The Civil Contingencies Act (2004), its associated Regulations (2005) and guidance, the National Resilience Capabilities Programme, and emergency response and recovery?
2) Does your organisation have a core team to deliver Business Continuity? If so, is this the same team as above? If not, please provide the structure, number of FTE and total budget of the team.
Please also advise what proportion of the team's budget is supported by income generation activity and what is core funding or cash limit from the organisation. Please also advise how you structure yourselves to manage the statutory requirements around Business Continuity, including ensuring your own business continuity and providing advice and support to other organisations.

2 x Senior Emergency Planning & Business Continuity Officers,
8 x Emergency Planning & Business Continuity Officers,
2 x Business Support. Total 10 FTE + 1 PT and 2 BS staff assigned to team.
Total budget £503K, budget is roughly 50% core funding and 50% income generation
2. Same team do both functions.
3. Lincolnshire County Council have an Service Level Agreement with district councils to provide both emergency planning and this service which we charge for. Business Continuity advice to local businesses is provided free of charge.
