The cost of the works to improve and regularise the parking and undertake works to the roundabout island at Anderby Creek cost £247,147.97.

This is part of our much wider investment in the coastal area working in partnership across the Coastal Country Park area and in tandem with the improvement to the coast and its infrastructure such as the observatory at Chapel St Leonards, Vista Café at Huttoft and the impending development of the Sandilands nature offer by the National Trust.

The car park works provide a safer, formalised and year around ability to park whilst avoiding the previous issues of ad hoc parking and obstructions to local residents
