Advertising of products that are harmful to health - Find a freedom of information request

Request

We are currently undertaking research at Imperial College London on local guidance regarding the advertising of products that are harmful to health (e.g. tobacco, alcohol, gambling, unhealthy food/drink). We hope this study will help local authorities to develop local-level policy, that will enable easy understanding and practical guidance for decision-makers regarding unhealthy product advertisement/sponsorship in the local areas. Please see the link for more information:

This study, co-designed with local people, relies on the ready availability of local commercial information. Our initial searches for a publicly available local commercial policy/guidance for your local area has not been successful.

1. Request for link to publicly available advertising policy

2. Please could we request that you provide us with the relevant local guidance for your area? For examples to demonstrate what we are looking for, please see Southwark and Bristol's policies below.
