Decision to make a definitive map modification order (DMMO) to add to the legal record of public rights of way a public footpath running between Low Lane and St Margaret’s Church via Hall Drive on the grounds that there is sufficient evidence to reasonably allege that public footpath rights have arisen over the route by statutory dedication over the 20-year term. There was insufficient evidence to reasonably allege the existence of public vehicular rights to enable making a DMMO to record the route as a byway open to all traffic.
