1. Between 2020-2021, what were the number of child victims of sexual abuse / number of child victims of domestic abuse/ number of young people in abusive intimate relationships?

2. Between 2020-2021, what was your overall budget for providing domestic abuse and sexual violence services?

a. What proportion of that total spend was dedicated to supporting children and young people including those in abusive intimate relationships?

b. Can you provide data which is disaggregated across protected characteristics?

c. What proportion of the total budget was spent on child advocates i.e., CHIDVA, CHISVA, YPVA?

3. Can you demonstrate having a commissioning strategy which meets the needs of children and young people who have suffered domestic and sexual abuse in collaboration with other commissioners of similar funds within your locality?

2. For Domestic Abuse only the overall budget was £1,536,285. LCC does not commission the sexual violence services, this is the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner (OPCC).

a. The budget set is for the whole service, LCC do not break it down into these specific areas.

b. Data not currently available.

c. LCC have a full Children’s offer as part of the DA outreach and The Independent domestic violence advocacy (IDVA) service as well as the Safe accommodation service, however LCC do not have a set budget for this area of work.

3. For DA, LCC have DA a strategy for Lincolnshire that sets out the priorities and commissioning activity. As a strategic partnership LCC work with all agencies and the safeguarding children’s partnership to ensure collaboration takes place where appropriate.
