Legal team and staffing - Find a freedom of information request

I am interested in information relating to your legal team and staffing. Please can you provide the following information:

1. How many staff are employed in your legal team?


2. Please confirm the different job titles e.g. solicitor, legal executive, paralegal etc and how many are employed in each job title.

3. Specifically relating to the Property section of your Legal Team, please confirm how many undertake solely Residential Property Work, and how many undertake solely Commercial Property Work and how many undertake both Residential & Commercial Property Work

4. In respect of the answer given for question 3 above, please break the numbers down into job titles for the Residential, Commercial and Residential & Commercial Property teams

5. Please confirm if all post holders hold the qualification implied by the job title, e.g. solicitors are qualified solicitors, Paralegals are qualified paralegals, or if you have some post holders qualified by experience or training towards qualification, please confirm how many and the job title they have.

6. Please provide a copy of your latest pay scale and confirm the scale banding for each job title specifically for the Property Legal Team.

All employees within Legal Services are appropriately qualified and / or experienced to undertake their role.
