All types of cardboard boxes and sleeves can be recycled and should be placed in your purple-lidded bin if you have one otherwise in your recycling bin. The plastic liners within the cereal boxes cannot go in with your recycling so need to go in your general waste bin.
Other recycling options: this type of plastic liner can be recycled along with plastic bags and wrappings at certain shops or larger supermarkets. Alternatively you can take them to your local household waste recycling centre.
