Gas canisters (including those used for camping stoves) and gas bottles should not be placed in any bin.
Many can be returned to the retailer (especially as a deposit may have been paid on them) or they can be taken to your local Household Waste Recycling Centre. Each recycling centre has a specific gas cage to safely dispose of canisters.
Please ask a member of staff upon arrival at the site.
