Service Description

This one-hour awareness session is designed to provide all staff with a foundational understanding of domestic abuse, stalking, and harassment. It explores the different types of domestic abuse, including coercive and controlling behaviours, and highlights the legal framework surrounding domestic abuse. The session also addresses the complex barriers individuals may face when trying to leave an abusive relationship. Through discussion and guidance, participants will learn how to recognise signs of abuse and how to support colleagues and others who may be affected.
