1. How was the Active Travel Fund of £799,000 spent?

Please detail:

a) The name and scope of each project.

b) The cost of each project.

c) The cost of external consultants engaged in connection with the fund or Active Travel projects.

d) Internal labour costs in connection with the fund or Active Travel projects.

e) The balance remaining and any allocation of these funds.

I can confirm that the information requested is held by Lincolnshire County Council. I have detailed below the information that is being released to you.

a) One project was finally taken forward, the Louth Active Travel scheme which saw changes made to Louth Cornmarket and Mercer Row

b) The Louth project remains ongoing and therefore continues to incur costs. The estimate is £100,000 for the Louth scheme

c) £0 for the Active Travel Fund

d) Internal labour costs are factored into the ongoing cost estimate

e) This will not be fully known until the Louth scheme is finished.

Further opportunities for allocation are being discussed although at this stage £600,000 remains unallocated.
