1. The number of full-time equivalent (FTE) planning department case officers employed by the council in each year between 2013 and 2022.

2. The number of major planning applications determined by the council in each year between 2013 and 2022.

3. The average number of weeks between major planning applications being validated and determined, in each year between 2013 and 2022.

1. By ‘case officers’ Lincolnshire County Council (LCC) have assumed you are referring to planning officers that deal with planning applications/cases and therefore the following excludes staff within the dedicated planning enforcement and policy teams.

  • Between 2013 and 2020 – four staff
  • Between 2020 to 2022 – five staff

2. Major applications including County Matter applications and County Council development (Regulation 3)
