1. What number of children were without appropriate school places for longer than 2 weeks What was the longest wait ? Currently.

2. How many parents have appealed over school place decisions. How many were conceded by the council, please breakdown of the outcomes.

3. What was the cost to the council of defending all of these appeals, both successful and unsuccessful? *

4. Please provide me with the cost of Transport for Special needs Children per each year.

Please provide breakdown between both internal and external provider costs for the years 2015/2016, 2016/2017 and 2017/2018 2019/2020 2020/2021 2021/2022 Academic year's.

5. Please supply numbers of children in special needs education (all children in EHCP) for each academic years from 2015/2016 all the years to 2021/2022. all children at a specific point will be fine.

Please also provide the Special Needs children Home schooling.

1. Lincolnshire County Council (LCC) do not hold data on the start dates of applicants. The longest time from application to an offer being made since the 2021 admissions code came into force is 40 school days. This child was referred for home tuition at 15 days. This application was not outside of legal timescales.

2. LCC only hold complete data for schools for which it is the admissions authority. It has used the last full year data is has.
