I can confirm that the information requested is held by Lincolnshire County Council. I have detailed below the information that is being released to you.
1) This is the replacement of the old speed cameras to new digital speed cameras.
2) It is part of the ongoing upgrade programme for all cameras across Lincolnshire and are not anything to do with smart cities or ULEZ schemes.
