High Street, Tattershall, Lincoln - Find a freedom of information request

Incident of damage to a BT jointing-chamber in the footway at  High Street, Tattershall, Lincoln, LN4 4NN

The damage is believed to have been caused by another telecommunications company accessing the jointing-chamber on or around 19 May 2021. However they claim that the damage was pre-existing and I'd be grateful if you could confirm:

1. When this road was last inspected prior to 19 May 2021 and whether any defects were noted with this chamber as I am unable to trace any Section 81 notices.  

I can confirm that the information requested is held by Lincolnshire County Council. I have detailed below the information that is being released to you.
