Our Waste Performance and Improvement Team have developed and deliver a ‘Lets Talk Rubbish’ School’s programme for Primary schools.
The programme aims to teach children the importance of looking after our environment, The three Rs (Reduce, Re-use, Recycle), Right Thing Right Bin and an understanding of what happens to our rubbish.
The programme consists of the ‘Lets Talk Rubbish’ presentation and interactive activities for the children to participate in.
The schools programme can be delivered through small assemblies or class workshops and are designed to educate children on recycling whilst being fun and engaging.
