Drop-in for parents and carers to chat with a speech and language assistant where they may have concerns about their child’s speech and language development

Pop in and Play 0 to 5 with siblings up to 8 years

An opportunity for babies and children to pop in with their parents and carers to use the resources in the early years room in the centre. All we ask is that families clean and tidy the resources after use and the space is a safe and happy environment for all to enjoy.

Tuesdays

Multinational stay and play 0 to 5 years

Fun activities for children and families to explore together, singing and sharing books to support children’s confidence, independence and language development. Supported by PAB Languages Limited (PAB).

Baby Massage - starting 29 July

From six weeks (after the postnatal check) for non-mobile babies. This five-week course offers a chance for you and your baby to spend precious time bonding through massage whilst meeting other parents with babies to form friendships.

Top Tips for Babies 3 to 4 months - 13 August only

This session shares top tips from introducing solids, oral health, accident prevention and age-appropriate development. It’s a great opportunity to meet new families and find out what local services are available for your family.

The Early Days

A programme to support families and their new babies in a relaxed and friendly environment. Opportunities to meet other new parents, take part in activities such as singing, sharing books and provide mini taster activities, sharing with you what might be on offer in your local Children’s Centre.

Breast start from pregnancy and breastfeeding

Come and join us in a relaxed, friendly environment, chat and meet other breastfeeding mums and get some support and advice. A member of the health visiting team supports the group.

New session coming for the 2025 Summer holiday timetable in your Children’s Centre. Early Years Alliance will be piloting a Holiday Fun for 0 to 1 year olds . A fun filled and exciting session for families to enjoy where they will be joining in activities, games and singing songs, come along and have some fun.

Previously advertised as Kids Creche and ESLP.
For children with disabilities with complex health needs in their early years up until they transition into statutory full-time education. Sessions start again on 22 August.

Solihull Antenatal Education Programme group for parents, starts 17 July

The Solihull Antenatal Education Programme is intended for parents to be, and their birthing partner. This is a six-week programme designed to provide you with information around parent and baby relationships, labour and birth, breast feeding and caring for you baby. If you are 28 weeks pregnant or over and would like to attend this funded programme, please register using the link below.
