Pop in and Play 0 to 5 years to include siblings up to 8 years

An opportunity for babies and children to pop in with their parents and carers to use the resources in the early years room in the centre. All we ask is that families clean and tidy the resources after use and the space is a safe and happy environment for all to enjoy.

Stay and Play under 1s

Sessions will offer activities to encourage babies to grow and learn through treasure baskets, messy play, singing and sharing stories.

Tuesdays

Pop in and Play 0 to 5 with siblings up to 8 years- Summer special tea party - 18 August only, held at Birchwood Children's Centre. 

Come along and enjoy a sprinkle of Summer Magic for you and your little ones.

Drop-in for parents and carers to chat with a speech and language assistant where they may have concerns about their child’s speech and language development.

A safe space for parents and carers to discuss concerns, ask questions and explore available support with a trained children and family services professional.

Moving On Up! 0 to 5 years

This session offers a range of fun activities to support children developing their independence and social skills through play.

Cost: free

First Bites and Baby Life: 3 to 6 months - 20 August and 24 September at Birchwood Childrens Centre

This session shares top tips from introducing solids, oral health, accident prevention and age-appropriate development.  It’s a great opportunity to meet new families and find out what local services are available for your family.

Lincolnshire Breastfeeding Group - Held at Birchwood Childrens Centre

Come and join us in a relaxed, friendly environment, chat and meet other breastfeeding mums and get some support and advice. A member of the health visiting team supports the group.

Reuse and Relove - Monday to Friday

Reuse, Relove clothing offers families the chance to choose from a range of pre loved baby and children’s clothes, giving items a second life.

Available through Lincolnshire’s Family Hubs and Children’s Centres, these donated clothes for children aged 0–5 years are free for families to access, supporting families practically, promoting sustainability, and helping to support children and families as they grow.
