OBSERVATIONS

We attended site to investigate blocked surface water gully in the footpath outside no.9. The gully is a 6" clay domestic pea trap gully. We cut out the trap and carried out a CCTV survey which identified thegully drops straight onto a main drain which is blocked. We located a surface water system manhole outside no.27.

We jetted down which passed our gully outside no.9 and flooded out. We were unable to pass outside of the drive of no.7. The jet was unable to pass an Anglian Water meter box (see photo). We suspect the drain is collapsed under the meter box. All the gullies down the footpath are small clay 6" pea trap gully pots
