I can confirm that the information requested is held by Lincolnshire County Council. I have detailed below the information that is being released to you.
1. Technical Services has been commissioned by LCC’s Infrastructure Investment Team to investigate the feasibility of improving pedestrian and cycling routes between Spalding and Pinchbeck. Technical Services are currently undertaking a feasibility study which involves data capture, collating and obtaining information in relation to the route. Funding has been secured from the Active Travel Fund and remains earmarked for this project.
2. The feasibility study is due to cost circa £24,000. The remainder of the funding is earmarked for construction costs.
3. Currently there are no meeting notes or documents available for this project. Meetings have been held on site on various occasions with work ongoing
4. At this early stage of the project, there are no plans that have been compiled for the proposed travel links. Initial plans will be completed
5. The timescale for completion and issue of the Feasibility Report is early February 2024. Work will then commence in line with the feasibility report on construction options.
