Invoices for electricity, gas and water for council properties - Find a freedom of information request

Would you please be able to provide all invoices for electricity, gas and water supplied to all Council owned properties for 2021 (Offices, Depots, Leisure Centres), 2022 and 2023, in pdf format?

Decision

In accordance with Section 1(1)(a) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000, you are advised that Lincolnshire County Council (the Council) does hold information that falls within the description specified in your request.

However, the Council does not, in all cases, receive individual invoices for each site we own because we receive consolidated billing for electricity, gas and water. The Council also does not hold this information in relation to maintained schools.

Section 12

Under Section 12(1) of the Freedom of Information 2000, the Council is not obliged to comply with a request for information if it estimates that the cost of complying with the request would exceed the appropriate limit. The appropriate limit is currently £450 or 18 hours at a cost of £25 per hour.

 We estimate that it would take significantly more than 18 hours to provide copies of all invoices held by the Council.
