Green-book disciplinary processes for firefighters - Find a freedom of information request

1. Please provide the information on the signing off of the use of Green-book disciplinary processes for firefighters who are covered under the Grey-book terms and conditions (including its own defined disciplinary process).

I am seeking the consultation with the trade unions (FBU and FRSA - formally the RFU), minutes of the meeting where this was signed off (Exec/JCC etc).

If no information is held, then it is presumed that firefighters are still within the nationally agreed terms and conditions of the Grey-book for pay, hours, grievances and disciplinaries.

I can confirm that the information requested is not held by Lincolnshire County Council.

Our (LFR) approach is that all employees are managed via the terms and conditions outlined within their contract of employment. For anything the grey book T&C's is silent on, Lincolnshire County Council policies will be used.
