The closure of the public footway that links Blue Gowt Lane, Pinchbeck and Two Plank Lane, Spalding - Find a freedom of information request

This is in relation to the closure of the public footway that links Blue Gowt Lane, Pinchbeck and Two Plank Lane, Spalding as part of the Spalding Western Relief Road Project.

The current TTRO is in place due to public safety during the Spalding Western Relief Road construction, and is place until December 2023. However, this is subject to a legal closure and authorised extension from the Secretary of State.'

I can confirm that the information requested is held by Lincolnshire County Council. I have detailed below the information that is being released to you.

1. The current TTRO in relation to the closure of the public footway that links Blue Gowt Lane, Pinchbeck and Two Plank Lane, Spalding, as part of the Spalding Western Relief Road Project. It is in place until the end of the project and not December 2023, as approved by the Secretary of State.
