Aware that recent highways inspection have been carried out and the remedial work is underway.

1. Lincolnshire County Council can confirm that several recent inspections have been undertaken by the inspecting officer on this site.
The attached documents exist as a record of the remedial works agreed with the developer during the most recent joint site inspection. A further inspection will be carried out to confirm these have been completed to an acceptable standard before the site will be placed on its maintenance period.
A pre-adoption inspection will then be carried out, on completion of the maintenance period, prior to the site being adopted as public highway. Please quote the reference number 8014537 in any future communications.
