An unrecognised footpath in Huttoft - Find a freedom of information request

Request

There is a proposal for an unrecognised footpath to be restated in Huttoft - the footpath if evidenced and recognised will result in a path running across my front garden! so I am investigating the validity of this claim.

A small part of the proposed footpath was recognised on OS maps before about 1960, then it disappears in subsequent OS maps. I have attached an OS map from around 1951 and also from around 1960 highlighting this footpath - please see the attached.

1) Can I please or can you look in your archives to see the history of this footpath and in particular to see if it was stopped or diverted at any point? For the lower part of the footpath there are now houses where it used to be. Some of the upper part runs across our garden.

2) Am I able to see your archives
