• introduce No Waiting Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm on Richmond Drive outside properties 1 to 7 and Inns Close
• introduce a mandatory school keep clear Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm on Heather Gardens outside Ling Moor Primary School
