Decision

Lincolnshire County Council commissions Lincolnshire Partnership Foundation Trust (LPFT) to provide the specialist adult mental health social care service, through a S75 arrangement, details of which are published.

The process is underpinned by a strengths-based model to assessment, care and support planning, based on the principles of the Care Act 2014.
