I can confirm that the information requested is held by Lincolnshire County Council. I have detailed below the information that is being released to you.

2. If service users in existing long term shared lives arrangements were instead supported in residential care, the alternative cost would be approximately £1.4m per annum higher

3. Lincolnshire County Council does not hold this information.                                                   

4. HCRG does not currently deliver any contracted services on behalf on Lincolnshire County Council                                                      

5. Yes ,Lincolnshire County Council jointly commissions a variety of services with the NHS. As part of its ongoing recommissioning programme, the council routinely explores joint commissioning options and opportunities with partners in the health system and more widely.

7. The British red Cross does not currently deliver any contracted services on behalf of Lincolnshire County Council

19. LCC is working with the NHS ICB and Lincolnshire Care Association (LinCA) to promote take up and support care providers with access to funds to implement digital social care records. This is part of the Department of Health and Social care’s transformation Programme.
