Management structure and salary grades for Information Technology Department - Find a freedom of information request

Information related to the Information and communications technology (ICT) department (or similar department) within your organisation:

1.Corporate Management Structure: Please provide the organisational structure of the ICT department (a structure chart is sufficient), including job titles, reporting lines and number of post holders (Full-time equivalent (FTE)) of posts at each level. Specifically, I am interested in understanding the hierarchy and roles within the department. I do not need to know names of staff members.

2. Salary Grade or Range: Could you share the salary grade or range associated with each job title within the ICT department? This information will help me understand the remuneration levels for different positions. If you are providing grade information, please also provide the appropriate salary grade chart.

3. Application Management and application/software Development Functions: I am particularly interested in the functions or teams related to application management and application development where these exist. Please provide details on the specific roles, responsibilities, and teams involved in these areas - please can this be provided via a structure chart (I do not need to know names of staff - but numbers of FTE staff in different positions is helpful) - can you also provide copies of job descriptions for these teams too.

4. Finally, please can you provide the number of lines of business applications that your teams support, broken down into the following categories:

• SAAS Applications
