Lincoln - Sincil Bank - Proposed Traffic Regulation Orders

One way traffic and prohibition of waiting order

• allow traffic to travel in a southerly direction on Sincil Bank between Portland Street, and Kirkby Street. A contraflow cycle lane is also proposed
• allow traffic to travel in a southerly direction on Sincil Bank between Scorer Street and Sausthorpe Street. A contraflow cycle lane is also proposed
• allow traffic to travel in a southerly direction from property number 2 Charles Street to Chelmsford Street
• introduce No Waiting at Any Time outside of properties 34, 48, 49, 66, 67, 84, 85 and 110, Sincil Bank
• remove the existing waiting restrictions outside properties 23c, 78, 81, 86-88 and 113 Sincil Bank, Lincoln
• to reduce the existing waiting restrictions on Kesteven Street north of Porland Street
