Decision

1. As part of our LEVI pilot tender, Lincolnshire County Council (LCC) has included the following in the technical specification:

For all standard bays, the design, layout, and implementation of Chargepoint Installations in standard bays must be compliant with the provisions in BSI PAS 1899:2022 EVs – Accessible Charging Specification in so far as they are reasonably practicable. If any of the requirements cannot be met, these exceptional cases shall be reported and discussed with the relevant Consortium Member as per 6. The Concessionaire must evidence why the requirement cannot be met and propose a mitigation, for the Consortium Member’s approval.

For any designated accessible bays, the design, layout, and implementation of Chargepoint Installations shall adhere to the provisions set out in PAS 1899.
