Voting for the devolution - Find a freedom of information request

I would like to see how the voting for the devolution was conducted please and how many voted in favour?

The webcast of the meeting holds the public record of the devolution vote. There was no recorded vote on this item of business, so the minutes (when they are available) will not show the detail of how each councillor voted - only those members who specifically requested to have their vote recorded.

As such, this information is exempt from disclosure in accordance with the exemption set out at Section 21 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 which provides that a public authority need not comply with a request for disclosure under the Act where that information is reasonably accessible by other means
