Needs Assessments carried out by Public Health - Find a freedom of information request

I am writing to make an information request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, related to Needs Assessments carried out and / or led by your Public Health department. 

 

Please provide information about the following: 

 

1. For any health needs assessments that were put out to tender and / or commissioned to external organisations over the past three financial years (2021-2022, 2022-2023 and 2023-2024):

 

2) Title and description of each needs assessment out to tender and those where contracts were awarded

 

3) Total number out to tender, and total number where contracts were awarded

 

4) Supplier for each successful contract

 

5) Financial value of each contract awarded

 

6) Date contract awarded

 

7) Length of contract awarded

 

8) For any needs assessment carried out 'in-house':

 

a. Title and description of each needs assessment

 

b. Total number of needs assessments carried out

 

Please include both needs assessments on specific topics or population cohorts (e.g. housing or children and young people etc) and any parts of the Joint Strategic Needs Assessment in your answer.  Note that this request is not related to needs assessments of individuals, e.g. for social care clients, but covers health needs assessments (HNA) carried out by Public Health.
